Customs Fees

Art Prints & Apparel: Shipments outside of the USA and Europe may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees. 

Mementos: Custom fees might apply to certain materials that are only manufactured in Europe (Steel, Black Plated & Titanium).


Damage during Shipping

We'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and will send a replacement. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Once you receive your tracking number via email, it is your responsibility to check on the shipping status and get in touch with your local mail carrier in case they fail to leave a notice.

In the event your package gets returned to us, please understand that we may have to charge you for re-shipping.

Shipment Issues


Exchanges can be made within 14 days in cases of manufacturing defect.

Exchanges will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect/error. You cannot return a personalised Memento in case you did not give the proper date, as it is custom made.
